How to store vanilla pods?
Store your pods away from light, in an airtight glass jar or vacuum-sealed container, at room temperature. Avoid refrigeration, which can alter their texture and aroma.
How big are vanilla beans?
Our pods measure between 16 and 18 cm. They are fleshy, supple, and naturally oily, ideal for brewing or extracting beans.
