1) Purpose & acceptance
These Terms and Conditions govern sales made on vanillya.co. Any order implies acceptance of the Terms and Conditions, the Privacy Policy and the Returns & Shipping Policy.
2) Products
Natural vanilla products: slight variations (size, color, moisture content, aromas) may occur. Essential information is provided on the product sheet.
3) Prices, taxes & customs
Prices displayed in the customer's local currency whenever possible. Shipping costs and any import duties/taxes are added (default incoterm DAP : duties & taxes payable by the customer in the country of arrival).
4) Order & payment
Secure payments via approved service providers. The seller may cancel/refuse an order in the event of suspected fraud, unavailability, incomplete address, or non-payment. Ownership transfers upon full payment.
5) Availability
In case of unavailability after order: replacement, credit or refund offered.
6) Shipping & Delivery
International shipping via carriers (DHL/UPS/FedEx/Colissimo). Indicative delivery times displayed at checkout; delays related to transport/customs clearance are not eligible for compensation (tracking assistance provided).
7) Right of withdrawal & returns (consumers)
For non-perishable and unopened products , legal period of 14 days (EU/UK) upon receipt to withdraw; return after authorization (RMA), at the customer's expense.
Exceptions (except proven defect): perishable goods , opened/unsealed products, personalized .
8) Conformity & defects
Damaged/non-compliant product: report within 48 hours with photos and order number → replacement or refund.
9) Promotions & codes
Codes cannot be combined, valid within the dates/quantities indicated.
10) Responsibility
Limited to the amount of the order concerned. No liability for indirect damages, force majeure, temporary unavailability.
11) Intellectual property

12) Personal data

13) Applicable law & disputes
